I’ve just written a guest post at the the request of the Museums and Politics project, an international initiative examining museums, politics and power in contemporary global society. The ICOM organizations in Germany, Russia, and the U.S. are co-sponsoring the project, which includes a conference in St. Petersburg in September, 2014.
